(including Discounts) must be $150.00 or more ($100.00 on reorders).

Qualified wholesale dealers receive a significant discount
off the suggested retail prices shown. Volume discounts available (Call
for details).

| ....Patterns |
All of our patterns are original, copyrighted designs and include full
size templates, bill of material, detailed instructions, helpful painting
guides and decorating tips. Patterns are printed in black ink,
one side, on up to 24" x 36" size sheets of quality paper. All
patters are folded and packaged in a 6" x 9", clear, zip-top,
prepunched polybag for hanging display. A full color, UPC coded
cover sheet showcasing the finished project is included in each package.

| ....Payment Terms |
Prepayment required for first order. Subsequent orders may
be invoiced with approved credit. Payment is due 30 days from invoice
date. Invoice must be paid in full within 60 days from invoice date
or no further product will be shipped until the past due amount has been
paid. Overdue accounts will incur 1-1/2"% per month late charge
and may be subject to prepayment requirements on future orders. A
$20.00 fee will be applied to all returned checks.

All merchandise is shipped FOB our warehouse, Fenton, Michigan. Allow
up to 2 weeks from invoice date for normal delivery.

....Claims |
Claims of any kind, whether from damage, shortage, manufacturer's
defect, etc., must receive prior authorization before invoice deduction
or return of merchandise. All returned merchandise must be in resalable "NEW" condition.
