USPS Lower 48 Delivery Estimates

We strive to ship your orders quickly and efficiently.  Due to the majority of our products being paper only, we are committed to using USPS Ground Advantage for nearly all of our shipments.  (Heavy/High-End orders may go out FedEx Home Delivery (Ground for Business deliveries).

  • Please allow 24-72 hours for your items to ship (Color Posters add extra days for dry time).  Most orders ship out next day, but holidays, new catalog releases, and promotions can create a temporary uptick in sales that can cause a 2 to 3 day delay.  Our shipping department works tirelessly to mail your orders as soon as possible.  If you're concerned about a possible delay, and need it shipped 2nd Day Express, there are additional costs not included online.  Please call 1-800-946-3435 to inquire and place your order.
  • Ensuring your address is correct with the United States Postal Service (or your country's postal service) is very important in the turn-around time of your order.  Examples of bad addresses are:  a street address when you have a PO Box (do not put both in the address box and use separate billing and shipping as necessary), using unrecognized abbreviations (SR for State Route), incomplete street/road names, etc. can cause a day or two delay on your shipment.  Please do not ignore our emails if we have an address issue.  You can confirm the correct format of your address at your local post office or your postal service's website.
  • We no longer ship UPS and only use FedEx for 2-day Express (additional cost).
  • International Orders can take up to 21 days for delivery, but average less.
  • Domestic (U.S.) orders can take up to 14 days, but average 3-5.  Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands can take over 16 days.  None of our delivery estimates are guaranteed.
  • All orders are shipped from Michigan.  So expect more time the farther away you are.  See delivery map above if you live in the contiguous 48 states.
  • [USA Only] After 14 BUSINESS days please give us a call notifying us of the potentially lost shipment so we can reship.
  • [International Only] After 21 BUSINESS days please send an email notifying us of the lost shipment so we can research/review to see if we need to reship.  Due to Duties/VAT/Taxes, it may be held at your local post for additional payment.
  • Tracking is now available on all packages.  If you do not receive a tracking number after 3 BUSINESS days of placing your order, contact us by phone or email to get an update.
  • No matter how we ship, it is not guaranteed.  We do not refund shipping due to late delivery by USPS or FedEx.  Contact your local post office with your tracking number to get more information about their delays. 
  • Email is the best form of contact for customer service.
